What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state, a focused awareness that enables you to access powerful unconscious resources.

What does that mean?

If you think about all the things that you and your mind and your brain are doing right now, how many of those things are you doing consciously?

Your unconscious is beating your heart, helping you breathe, keeping your posture upright, and deleting all other sorts of experiences.

Hypnosis allows you to access that part of your brain, of your mind, and use that unbelievable power to create real change.

There is a theory that says, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. So my goal is to help guide you to access that state for yourself, so you can make the changes you desire and then have this ability in your toolbox to continue to use as a resource forever.
